Here are some important information about this site and shop. Please read through before purchasing. If you have questions not answered here, please do not hesitate to contact via contact form or email me, I'm more than happy to help!    

Turnaround time

For custom orders, it is more than 1 year waiting time for new bookings accepted in 2019 plus approx 2-3 weeks for the artwork to be created. I advise the customer with approx waiting time at the booking and will try hard to keep to the schedule. If in any case I  get behind the schedule, the affected customers will be informed in advance. 

For non-custom order artwork, I will ship within 2-3 working days. 


For UK delivery, I use the Royal Mail 1st class signed for or special delivery with tracking. 

For the custom order, I will fully insure the delivery by default based on the value of the commission. Should you prefer to opt out the insurance, please let me know before finalizing the order. 

For international delivery, I use the Royal Mail international delivery with tracking service. You can also opt out the insurance but highly recommend insuring the international delivery. 

I'm afraid I have no control over your country's custom clearance process, charges and taxes that may be applied to yourself in order to receive  the parcel. International delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to the varied custom process.


For the custom order, I'm afraid return is not accepted unless the artwork is damaged during the delivery. Please see T & C for commissioned order for the detailed information. For the ready made artworks, I very much hope you will be happy with the item but in case you are not satisfied, Please return the item within 2 weeks from you receiving the order.

Item must be in the same condition as I sent out otherwise return cannot be accepted. Please securely package the item and include your name and invoice number. You must return the item at your cost and refund will be only for the item not including the original delivery fee. Please include your name and invoice number to help me process refund swiftly. I will process the refund as soon as the item arrive safely. 

In case the item arrived damaged during delivery, please contact as soon as possible. The value of the purchase can be refunded if the delivery is insured. If insurance was opted out, I'm afraid there won't be any compensation. 


How I collect information

At the moment my point of contacts are this website, socialmedia such as instagram, facebook and my business email address.

When you make a contact with me to book your place in the waiting list, I usually take note of your facebook or instagram user name and alternative contacts such as email address if you used either of the social network platforms. I do not ask for your actual name and never go into your profile to collect further information even if your settings allow it. If an email or contact form is used for booking, I keep the email address for further correspondence.

This website is hosted by wix, 

In order to process orders and to communicate, Wix may hold your data on behalf of myself. 

I use paypal for a payment for custom orders. I do not have access to your payment details as it is all managed by Paypal. More on Paypal's privacy is here.

How it is used

Your information is used:

I currently use Royal Mail for deliveries. Obviously I have to input your address into their system to create a shipping account, so they also become my data processor. More on their privacy policy is here.

How I store your data.

I store my waiting list on Onedrive provided by Office365 which is cloud space. This is the only place I keep my waiting list and there is no copy locally stored.

It is much more secure than trying to protect the data myself in my own home environment as you can see here.

I am the only person who has access to my Office365 account, and the password is regularly changed with security in mind. More on Office365 data policy, please visit here.

My email also reside on Office365 too. I can access my email, facebook and Etsy from my mobile phone like anyone else. my mobile phone is passcode, fingerprint locked and also can be remotely wiped if in any case lost or stolen.

I do not use public Wifi and all of my devices including laptop has antivirus installed and regularly scanned.

Other than the waiting list, I do not keep any data myself, although my data processor such as Wix, Paypal, Royal mail, or facebook, instagram, and Office365 do handle your information in accordance to their own privacy policy.

You can ask me anytime what kind of information I hold about you. You can also ask me to delete or amend certain data about you too.
